The taste of the burgers was okay, but way too expensive. Service was under all cannon, on the bill there were things that we hadn't ordered at all - they didn't consider final excuses to be necessary. We were there for the first and last time.

We were back today after a long time! You still know you from E-Damm in Hanover. In Garbsen you really disappointed us qualitatively at the beginning. But today it was great! Delicious burgers, juicy patties, crispy buns. Milkshakes .... From the lips to the hips??? We'd love to come back!

Was the first time here, Food was amazing, I had the Texas bacon burger , FANTASTIC. The service is really Great and really friendly. I was years in America and it really reminds you of being back there because the people are really nice and friendly. Got to try it ! Thanks to the Great Staff

Such a great service from lady j. I've never met before. It's worth the visit for that alone. But the burger was also one of the best I've ever eaten. And the milkshakes are awesome. Again and again when I'm here. New regular diner in Hanover !!

Top service, top burgers and probably the best ice shakes west and east of the Mississippi - clear recommendation!

The ambience is great and the service friendly! The many signs, figures, neon signs, wall decorations in general, "wallpaper" in the bathroom, etc. are awesome! Now to eat: A burger menu was ordered according to the menu and worked. Some things went wrong with the other two menus. A burger should be without BBQ sauce, tomatoes and cucumber. It worked without cucumber, the rest unfortunately not :( Swap burger rolls with the neighbor burger was a good idea, unfortunately the BBQ sauce was of course also on the other topping. The other burger worked without tomato and cucumber! The side dishes were with the wrong burger and instead of fries they served fries with a burger. Personally, I was really looking forward to chili cheese fries! Unfortunately, there was very little chili and was spread cold on the fries and also arrived cold at the table. The tomato sauce was also hard to find, the cheese was at best on the still warm fries, I didn't think the fries were gratinated. What I also didn't like is that the fried side dishes on the table all tasted like fried chicken. I know it so that there are different fries for it. Finally to the milkshakes that have been praised in many reviews. My husband had milk bars in his ordered children's chocolate shake. We know milkshakes from a diner with ice cream, milk and "side dish" and not with crushed ice cream, milk and "side dish". Have drunk better. I would like to mention: when we entered the diner a table was occupied with guests who were about to pay and a table with guests who were already waiting for their meal.

- No card payment possible !!! - Burgers feel smaller. - The amount of chips and dip was saved. - Apple sauce shake hardly contained any apple sauce. - Although the shop was barely a third full. Long wait. - You had to ask for cutlery and napkins. - Operation could have used support. Boss is sitting in front of the shop and talking. All in all it was better. I still know the shop from E-Damm.

We were always very excited. But! Being served bottles of beer that has expired for almost a year does not distinguish the shop. And the castles, well. I've eaten much better. Meat patties weren't cooked through and defensively. Service was very friendly.

The burgers are super tasty and absolutely top quality, there is a large variety of ice cream shakes (there is something for everyone). The service is always very friendly, the ambience is very cozy, so that you quickly feel comfortable. I love being here and recommending it to everyone: Even if your journey takes half an hour, the Rox is definitely worth a visit!

Very nice dinner: Went here today with my wife. It was very nice service. The food was delicious and due to some previous moves, we of course also tried the IceShakes. There is an interesting combination of flavors there. These were also delicious. Of course, the ambience is a matter of taste. But we enjoyed it very much and a renewed visit is nothing in the way. The next time maybe even with children, as there are also small children's menus in the map.
